| Lynn C. Rotz, CPA |
| CEO, Founder & Managing Principal |
Lynn C. Rotz, CPA is founder and managing principal in the accounting firm of Rotz & Stonesifer, P.C. located in Chambersburg. He is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Since the opening of the practice in 1986, Lynn has focused in the area of small business accounting, mergers and acquisition services, tax compliance and personal and business tax planning. Prior to public practice, Lynn was a Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer for 4 years. He is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institute of CPA's and past member of the Pennsylvania Institute of CPA's State Small Business Advisory Council. Lynn is currently a member of the PICPA State Taxation Committee. He also has served on numerous local non-profit boards. He served as treasurer of the Falling Spring Presbyterian Church for 15 years. The firm presently consists of 15 CPA's and 20 support staff.

The business entities group consists of a team of experienced small business advisors handling a vast array of accounting and tax compliance issues for small to mid-size companies. We handle C corporations, S corporations, Partnerships, and Limited Liability companies. This division for Rotz & Stonesifer also performs controllership functions for business entities.

| Principal & Business Entities Group Manager |
Todd Stonesifer specializes in providing accounting, auditing and tax services to small and medium sized businesses and non profit organizations. He also has extensive experience with implementing complex accounting software packages, tax planning and compliance for various industries and estate planning for individuals.
Todd began his career in accounting with the international firm of KPMG Peat Marwick, located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where he gained extensive experience in planning and supervising financial audits and preparing multi state corporate income tax returns. He specialized in construction contractors, financial institutions, and government entities.
Todd is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. He has served as board member for various for profit and non profit organizations. Todd earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Elizabethtown College, Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania.

David Law is responsible for providing accounting and tax services to clients in a wide range of industries. He specializes in business management and consulting, small business tax planning and high net worth individual estate and tax planning.
Prior to joining Rotz and Stonesifer, P.C. in 1996, David obtained five years of experience with firms in the Harrisburg area. His responsibilities included accounting and tax services for small and medium sized businesses and implementation of complex accounting software packages. He gained extensive experience with restaurants, manufacturers, and auto dealerships.
David graduated from Susquehanna University, Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

Randy Zook joined Rotz & Stonesifer in February 2006. Randy oversees Controllership Services for the firm’s Small Business Group. He has over 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Administration and five years in public accounting . He is a graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
Randy is a member of both The American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. He has served as Treasurer on several non-profit boards.
He attends King Street United Brethren Church.

Bob Walker brings over 17 years of public accounting experience to the firm. Bob began his career with a large regional firm with responsibilities including audit, review, compilation and tax services for businesses, governmental agencies and not-for-profit organizations. He also served as the Director of Finance for a museum in Harrisburg. Most recently, he has focused on providing accounting, tax and consulting services to small and medium sized businesses, individuals, non-profits and multi-state corporations.
Bob graduated Summa Cum Laude from Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting. He is a member of both The American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Public Accountants and the Maryland Society of Accountants.

Jennifer Lehigh joined Rotz & Stonesifer in 2005. She has gained experience in providing accounting and tax services to small and medium sized businesses in various industries.
Jennifer graduated summa cum laude from York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She also earned her Master of Business Administration degree from York College.
She is a lifetime member of the Alpha Chi National Honor Society. Jennifer is also a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mike Buhrman joined Rotz and Stonesifer in September of 2006. Mike is part of the firm’s closely-held business group and is a senior staff accountant. Prior to joining Rotz and Stonesifer, Mike worked for a local accounting firm for 3 years. His responsibilities included providing audit, review and compilation services for not-for-profit organizations and governmental entities. He also gained experience in preparing individual and business tax returns.
Mike graduated from Siena College, Albany, NY, in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Chambersburg Rotary Club.

Jodi Zeis is responsible for providing accounting and tax services to small businesses and individuals. She is also experienced with implementing accounting software packages and corporate and non-profit audits.
Jodi earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Professional Accountancy at The Pennsylvania State University, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. Jodi has been with the firm since 1996.

Fay was the first employee of the firm in December, 1986. Fay also continues to provide a full range of administrative services for Rotz & Stonesifer. Fay is a graduate of Chambersburg Area Senior High School and attends Chambersburg Brethren in Christ Church.
Fay has worked in the public accounting firm environment for 23 years. Her extensive experience covers all levels of bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and payroll compliance. She has maintained small business accounting systems for retailers, manufacturers, not-for-profits, auto dealerships and professional service organizations to name a few.

| Tom Scott |

Tom is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. He served as an intern with our firm for 16 months and joined the staff full-time upon graduation. He was a member of the Accounting Club and a college representative with the Institute of Management Accountants while in college. Prior to joining R&S, Tom worked in the accounts payable department for a large regional medical center as well as at his father's public accounting firm in Lewisburg, PA. Tom also volunteers with the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Danley graduated from Shepherd University with a dual degree in Accounting and Sports Recreation. He also earned enough credits for a third degree in Business Administration. He served a year-long internship with the firm and joined the staff full-time upon graduation. A native of Pond Bank, Danley was a member of the Chambersburg Trojans varsity basketball team that won the PIAA District 3 Championship in 2001. He went on to play basketball at Shepherd and has worked as an instructor at various basketball camps in PA, WV, and NC. Danley attends the King Street United Brethren Church.

| Robin Despres |
| Payroll Manager |
Robin Despres joined us as our Payroll Manager in 2007. In this role, Robin supervises the firm’s full service payroll department that provides the complete range of payroll and payroll tax service to clients.
A native of Chambersburg, Robin brings over 18 years of payroll experience in the public accounting arena to Rotz & Stonesifer. She began her payroll career with Baker O’Connor, LLC in Foxboro, Massachusetts as a payroll processor. After three years of service, she was promoted to Supervisor of the payroll department. In 2002, she was promoted to Office Manager with responsibility for both of the firm’s offices. In 2007, she assumed the Director of Operations role with Baker O’Connor supervising a staff of seven administrative staff.
In addition to her payroll and office management responsibilities, Robin was also involved with client retention and new business development activities to support the Baker O’Connor’s growth.

Prior to joining Rotz and Stonesifer, P.C. in 2006, Monica Miller has worked in the public accounting firm environment for 5 years gaining experience in payroll services, bookkeeping, and employee benefits.
Monica provides client payroll preparation, payroll quarterly and year end tax returns, and compliance with federal, state and local tax authorities.
Monica graduated from Hagerstown Business College with an associate’s degree in Accounting. She resides in Chambersburg with her husband and four children; they attend King Street United Brethren Church.

Ron started working for Rotz & Stonesifer in 2006 after operating his own dairy farm for 28 years. He served as board member for various for profit and non profit organizations and held positions as chairman and treasurer on local sewer and water authority boards. He also served as Deacon and Elder in the Presbyterian Church of Falling Spring. Ron earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Education from West Chester State College.
Ron brings the experience of owning his own business and has an understanding of the needs of small business. He will be working with client payroll preparation, payroll quarterly and year end tax returns, and compliance with federal, state and local tax authorities.

The personal tax division includes a highly trained team of CPAs and other seasoned professionals addressing the individual needs of our clients in personal tax compliance and planning. This group also monitors our estates, trusts, and fiduciary clients.

Wanda Dietrich joined the firm in 1989. She is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting. Wanda oversees the Personal Income Tax Division for the firm. She specializes in individual income tax preparation. She also has extensive experience in providing accounting and tax services to small and medium sized businesses and not-for-profit organizations.
Wanda is a QuickBooks Professional Advisor, and also provides individualized setup and training for computerized accounting and bookkeeping systems. She teaches QuickBooks for our firm’s onsite training program.
Prior to public practice, Wanda was a Staff Accountant at Wilson College and an accounting intern at Carlisle Hospital. She is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. She is a member of King Street United Brethren Church and previously served on the finance committee and as treasurer.

Jessica Tice concentrates on providing tax preparation, tax planning and compliance to individuals. She also has extensive experience in providing tax and accounting services to self-employed individuals and small to medium sized businesses in a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining Rotz and Stonesifer, P.C. in 2006, Jessica was a founding and managing principal of a firm with offices in Franklin and Huntingdon Counties, Pennsylvania.. Her responsibilities there included all aspects of client service as well as managing a 9-person firm.
Jessica graduated from Franklin & Marshall College, Lancaster, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting. She is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institute of CPA’s and the Maryland Society of Accountants. She has served on numerous local non-profit boards and currently is on the Board of Directors at Community State Bank of Orbisonia, and is the treasurer of the United Methodist Church of Mercersburg.

Kim Mills has over 30 experience with income tax preparation having started in 1975. She has been employed with Rotz & Stonesifer since January 1994. Kim earned her Enrolled Agent designation in 1996, this allows her to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. Kim also has experience in other areas of accounting including payroll and bookkeeping.
Kim is active in the Chambersburg First Church of God where her husband is the Senior Pastor.

Carol has worked in public accounting since 1994 and has over 10 years experience in personal income tax preparation. She joined the staff of Rotz & Stonesifer in 2006.

William E. Sanders, Jr. holds a BS degree in accounting and an MBA from Mt. St. Mary's College in Emmitsburg, MD. He is licensed in the state of Maryland as a Certified Public Accountant. Bill has 30 years experience in both the public and private accounting sectors. He is a retired Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. He has taken numerous seminars in manufacturing systems and process management and individual financial planning. He is married and resides in Mercersburg Pa.

Tiffany Widder graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting. After graduation, she joined Arthur Andersen at its Washington, DC office. While at the firm, she became a tax manager specializing in tax exempt organizations. In 2007, Tiffany earned a second BS degree in Veterinary Medical Technology from Wilson College and utilizes those skills at a local veterinary clinic outside of tax season

Tammy Cottrill has worked in the accounting field for over twenty years. Prior to joining Rotz and Stonesifer Tammy spent seven years with accounting firms in Pennsylvania and Maryland. She provides accounting and tax services for small business and individuals. Tammy also has experience in various other areas, including bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, preparation of payroll and payroll taxes, and various special consulting projects.

| Vice President |
Norm Myers focuses on providing accounting, auditing and tax services to small and medium sized businesses. His specialties include services to the construction, real estate and manufacturing industries and consulting on profitability issues for business. He also has experience and training in management issues and executive coaching. Norm also provides tax services to individuals and all forms of small businesses.
Norm has over 30 years experience as a CPA and began his career with a large national firm and worked in a large regional firm for most of his career. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and has served on many committees in both organizations. He has been on numerous non-profit boards in the Central Pennsylvania area and is currently on the Board of Directors of two construction trade organizations. Norm earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with a minor in accounting from Lycoming College, Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

Margie has 23 years of public accounting experience providing audit, tax and consulting services to nonprofit and for profit clients in various industries. Her areas of expertise include financial and compliance audits for entities receiving federal funds and assisting clients in identifying business risks and opportunities associated with financial performance and operational process improvements.
Margie is a graduate of Loyola College in Maryland. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Maryland Association of CPAs and The Institute of Internal Auditors. Margie serves on the church council and finance/stewardship committee of her church, Christ Roth’s Lutheran Church.

Tom Maurer brings over 33 years experience as a CPA to our auditing division. He spent the first 18 years of his career with a large national firm. The last 15 years, he has worked at regional firms in the South Central Pennsylvania area.
Tom has provided audit, tax, A-133 Single Audit and consulting services to local, regional, and national non-profit organizations. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and has served as a board member and committee member for many non-profit organizations. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Elizabethtown College. |

Mike Rider, CPA joined our York office staff as a Senior Staff Accountant in 2007. In this role, Mike will provide tax, accounting, and consulting services for our firm’s business clients in the York area.
Mike brings over 20 years of public accounting experience to our firm. He began his career with a small firm in Gettysburg with responsibilities including audit, review, compilation and tax services for businesses. He also prepared federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts and estates, and not-for-profit organizations.
Mike was the sole proprietor of his public accounting business in Biglerville for three years. Most recently, he worked for a public accounting firm in Hanover. In addition to tax preparation work with both individuals and businesses, Mike also provided advisory services to clients in an effort to minimize tax liability.
Mike graduated from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting. He obtained his CPA license in 1990.

| Amy Myers |
| Human Resource Director |
Amy Myers brought 15 years of Human Resources experience to our firm in establishing the new business division of human resources consulting for Rotz & Stonesifer, PC. She also handles human resources responsibilities for the firm’s four offices in south central PA.
Amy’s background includes experience with employment law, recruiting, worker’s compensation, benefits, payroll administration, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a human resources manager and a training manager for several national retail distribution centers.
Amy graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lock Haven University and earned her Master’s degree from Millersville University. She is President and an active volunteer firefighter with the Union Fire Company, No. 1 of Carlisle.

Kim Bohn joined Rotz & Stonesifer in 1996. In addition to her vast experience in customer relations and administrative experience she performs payroll services for a variety of clients, administrative services for staff members and assists with client billings and payments. She is a PA Notary. Kim is a graduate of
Greencastle-Antrim High School and is a member of Evangelical Lutheran Church in Greencastle.

Margo Jones joined the firm in 2002. She is the receptionist and also performs administrative duties as well as assisting the staff. Margo graduated from Hagerstown Business College with an Associate of Arts Degree in the Executive Secretarial curriculum Her prior work experience includes working for a law firm, as well as the District Justice’s office.

Lynette Fisher joined Rotz & Stonesifer in August 2004. Lynette assists with tax processing.
Lynette worked for the federal government at Myrtle Beach Air Force Base and Letterkenny Army Depot for a combination of 16 years of service. In her positions she provided management assistant support in personnel, contracting, and engineering. Prior to her employment with Rotz & Stonesifer, she worked for a local business for 9 years performing accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, and payroll services. Lynette attends Trinity Lutheran Church.
